崗位職責 1、嚴格按照標準,協助作好工作準備,使之有效開展
2、負責了解各種原材料,發現問題,及時向主管匯報
3、負責維護保養本崗位各項設備用品,有損壞及時報修
4、負責清理工作臺面,保持工作區域的清潔衛生,及時冷藏食品、蔬菜及剩余物品,以減少浪費
5、負責清掃冰箱、冷庫,各種食品須放入適當的容器,并在貨架上碼放整齊
6、按時到崗工作,保持干凈整潔的工作服,注意并保持良好的個人衛生
任職資格 1、至少1年的相關餐廳工作經驗。
2、良好的工作態度及團隊合作意識
3、遵守餐廳的規章制度
4、良好的溝通能力,良好的英語交流能力
5、擁有基本烹飪技巧以及良好的衛生知識
