職位信息


1. To provide exceeding world class service to each and every customer. Treating everyone that you look after as if they are a guest in your home.

2. Section service in your area. This will cover the following main areas:

7. Full comprehension of all beverage and cocktail lists inclusive of preparation, method and correct service presentation.

正確的理解所有飲料及雞尾酒的準備、制作方式及正確的服務方式。

8. Section “Mise en Place” every shift. This must be to the standard of the restaurant as requested by the Dining room manager/ Assistant manager

根據餐廳所制定的要求完成每個工作時段的準備工作。

9. Service Bar “Mise en Place” every shift. This must be to the standard of the restaurant as requested by the Dining room manager/ Bar manger/Assistant manager/

酒吧需要根據餐廳經理或酒吧經理或副經理所完成每個工作時段的準備工作。

10. Preparation of coffees, teas and other hot beverages to the required presentation standard and temperature.

嚴格按照擺設和標準溫度制作咖啡,茶水以及其他的飲料

11. Handle timing issues (food and beverage delivery and service). Flow of Service (FOS).

掌控好節奏,根據服務要求,一切準備工作必須準時完成。

Care of the humidor, servicing and re-supply of the cigars and tobaccos.保管好雪茄盒,并不斷補充雪茄和香煙。

12 Cashiering for the restaurant and bar. Preparing shift cash up reports and responsibility for the security of all cash/credit transactions.餐廳和酒吧的現金,準備每個班次的現金報表并負責保管。

13 Receiving and processing of bar goods daily. Correct, tidy and efficient storage of these items inclusive of all paper reporting required by your Supervisor. 每天補充酒吧的所需物品,并能有效的、整齊的保管好這些物品,包括向主管報告

14 Handles guests’ special requests and delivering these requests or feeding information to necessary persons to action (i.e. your assigned Captain).

接受客人的特殊要求,并且傳達或者告訴可以幫助你完成的人去做(傳達給你的領班)。

15 Informing other dining room/bar employees and management of critical information regarding guests’ preference or status.

接受客人的特殊要求并且傳達或者告訴相應人員去做。

16 Take charge of individual tasks and responsibilities given to you by the Dining room manager/ Assistant manager or head bartender and expedite this to the specifications given to you (i.e. topping of condiment containers, cleaning of common areas etc).

對餐廳經理和酒吧領班吩咐下來的各項工作認真負責,并能一最快的速度完成(包括清理裝配料的容器和清潔公共區域)

17 Ensure that prompt time keeping and reporting is kept by you, being a minimum of 15 minutes early reporting fully prepared for your shift.

確保一切準備工作提前15分鐘完成。

18 Keep abreast and up to date on all internal information, promotions and activities for all food and beverage operations in the building, chances are you will be asked a lot about the other areas, you need to know.

傳達內部的最新消息,包括晉升和關于食品和飲料的信息,同時你必須了解其他部門的一切有關信息。

19 To promote good business relations between the Jean-Georges wait team and all other departments in Jean-Georges Restaurant Shanghai.

20 Encourage teamwork through participating in organised activities for the staff.
